Shareware License Agreement

Licensor:
Vladimir Matus, author of wpNotes midlet, owner of www.worthphones.eu - refered to as "author" in following Agreement


By installing, operating, copying, distributing, or otherwise using wpNotes midlet, you agree to the terms of Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, DO NOT INSTALL wpNotes midlet.

You are granted right to use wpNotes midlet perpentually for your personal, lawful  use.

You may store and distribute unlimited number copies of wpNotes midlet as long as you provide exact, unmodified copies of wpNotes including accompanying files and this Agreement.

Ownership and all copyrights and other intellectual property rights retains with Author.  
It is forbiden to:
- modify or enhance wpNotes midlet;
- attempt to discover the source code of wpNotes midlet, including but not limited to reverse engineering methods;
- incorporate wpNotes midlet or any portion thereof in any other product without the prior written permission from author;

No Warranty.  wpNotes midlet is provided "AS IS" and without warranty of any kind and Author shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, including but not limited to lost or corrupted data or programs, lost profits, system crashes, or diversion of system or other resources.
Author shall not be liable for any claim asserted against you by any other party.

You agree to reimburse Author for all costs, including reasonable attorney’s fees, incurred to enforce any of Author’s rights under this Agreement or in wpNotes midlet or to defend any claims you assert unsuccessfully against Author.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Slovak republic. All disputes arising under this Agreement or in connection with Author shall be resolved in the Slovak republic.

Some jurisdictions do not permit some terms of this Agreement, so some of the above exclusions or limitations may not apply to you.
